This week Transition Year students from Presentation and St. Patrick’s Secondary Schools participated in an Irish Heart Foundation initiative titled CPR4Schools. Over the course of the training students learned how to recognise the symptoms of a cardiac arrest and how to perform CPR. They also learned how to use an AED. There is an AED located in our school next to the Principal’s office in building A.
