Camogie has been a feature of our extra-curricular sports offering here in Presentation Castleisland for only a short number of years however its success is clear to see. This young team have travelled to a number of schools competitions and competed with the best in Kerry. This year we intend to run a six week camogie taster programme for students culminating in competitive games. This will take place on Thursday evenings from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in Castleisland Desmonds GAA pitch. All Year Groups and experience levels are invited to attend. We particularly invite First, Second and Third Year students to attend as a new Junior Competition has been created. Thank you to the team at Sliabh Luachra Camogie Club for providing training equipment. Training begins this coming Thursday November 4th and continue throughout this term. Please bring a hurley if you have it!
