Day 3 of our exchange with our French visitors from Amiens was full of learning, culture and great fun! Our guests joined classes in Maths, History, Irish and Home Economics, experiencing a typical day in our school.
The highlight of the day was a whole-school Irish dancing lesson, led by our fantastic MC, Mr Kelliher, who made sure everyone could join in — no matter their level or nationality. With a little help from our talented students, the French visitors quickly picked up the steps and danced along with great enthusiasm!
It was also a special moment for many of our other international students, who got to experience Irish culture through music and dance.
Before saying au revoir, everyone gathered for a final chat to reflect on the experience. New friendships were made, lots of laughs were shared, and our visitors told us how welcome they felt by our staff and students.
