Well done to our junior girls who enjoyed fantastic success at the Kerry Schools Cross Country last Friday.
Eibhlín Mc Carthy from Currow ran an outstanding race over the 2,500m course, leading from the very start and holding her advantage all the way to the finish to claim gold.
Her teammates Loren Caldwell, Kelly Ryan and Aedín Healy also produced excellent performances, and together the girls secured a silver medal in the team event.
A special congratulations also goes to Elainah Hickey (1st Year), our only first-year student competing on the day, who made a great effort and represented the school brilliantly.
A huge well done to all involved
We now look ahead to the North Munster Championships next week — best of luck to our girls!
