September 30, 2025

Kerry Mental Health Awareness Week Oct 4th- 11th 2025

The Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest is a significant event that aims to raise awareness of mental health supports and services in Kerry County. It runs from October 4th to 11th, 2025, and includes a variety of events such as workshops, seminars, coffee mornings, film screenings, and more. The Fest coincides with World Mental Health Day on October 10th and focuses on the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’—Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. It encourages everyone in the county to engage with mental health and wellbeing, reach out for support, and participate in the Fest’s events. Please find details of events at the following link; Event list – Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest
