After weeks of organising, our TY French and Spanish classes hosted their annual Languages Day in our school last Monday. Together with our visiting students, they organised fun activities for students throughout the school. 1st & 2nd year students were invited to participate in a European market place. After visiting the stands of France, Spain, Italy and Germany, they battled it out for places on the podium in an exciting online Kahoot quiz. This was followed by a whole school Eurovision Karaoke event, where students and teachers performed some of our favourite Eurovision songs aswell as modern chart hits in various languages. The atmosphere in the school hall was sensational as everyone got involved to support the performers.
