Gaelic football training will resume from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in Castleisland Desmonds GAA pitch on next Monday, January 31st. Training will continue on Monday evenings for the duration of this term. Students preparing for pre-exams (Third & Sixth Year) are not required to attend training until after midterm break. First Year, Junior and Senior grade games are scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
The school is delighted to have Munster Rugby on board with the goal of introducing a schools rugby team to Presentation Castleisland. The first rugby training session will take place on Thursday February 3rd from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in Castleisland Rugby Club. If successful training will continue each Thursday. All students welcome to attend.
