Over the past few weeks TYs have been very busy with workshops and organising events.
They had the great Bernard Casey come in to do an acting and improv workshop. The girls portrayed my characters on the day including an Irish farmer, a southern belle, an old lady, criminals and judges.
They also attended an RSA Shuttle and workshop where they got to experience road safety through virtual reality and interactive games.
Finally on the day of our halloween holidays, TYs organised a fancy dress and mentoring day with our 1st year students. Activities included; poke a pumpkin, pin the boo on the ghost, bobbing for marshmallows and ended with a dance party.
A great term was had in TY and we can’t wait for another one!
