Today, Transition Year students attended a careers talk from AMAZON Human Relations Executive Briana Kelly. Briana’s career has taken her to many wonderful corners of the earth and she spoke eloquently about the opportunities such a career has provided. She also discussed the value of creating a personal brand and the power of networking, strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Briana’s message was one of optimism and opportunity and linked in with the core values of our school – to create young people that become lifelong learners and positive role models in our society.
