Today, Lisa O’Halloran visited the Transition Year class to speak about her career path in Occupational Therapy. Lisa is a student in University College Cork and spoke about the range of work opportunities her career provides in addition to the variety of placements she has competed. Occupational therapy is a broad degree that offers a modern approach to everyday problems. In simply terms; occupational therapy helps people live as independently and fully as possible in everyday life. It is people centred. Thank you to Lisa for sharing her experience with the class.
