Today our TY students completed an intensive safety awareness course with Munster Driving Campus in Mallow. Students got behind the wheel (some driving for the first time!), tested their brake reaction speeds and experienced a firsthand example of how alcohol impairs vision and driving ability through the use of fatal vision simulation goggles.
A fantastic learning experience for students which will really stand to them when driving in the future.
A special thanks to all the staff in Munster Driving Campus for welcoming all our students and giving them a terrific introduction to driving and road safety.
