Today, Transition Year students completed the final stage of the 2021 VHI Women’s Mini Marathon. Students covered a 10km running distance over 5 school days. The class could chose to run, jog or walk the distance involved. Well done to all. Special mention to Julia Curtin and Ava McGovern who crossed the finish line first today and competed five excellent runs. Aoife Fleming and Katelyn Laide proved excellent pace keepers throughout also. Thank you to An Ríocht for facilitating the final 2km run today. We look forward to fundraising on behalf of Breast Cancer Ireland later in the year.
