Transition Year and Music students today attended the matinee performance of All Shook Up by Killarney Musical Society, and what an experience it was. From the moment the curtain rose, the energy in the INEC was electric. Unreal. Powerful. A true musical journey.
Packed with iconic hits made famous by Elvis Presley, the musical showcased outstanding vocal performances, tight choreography and a vibrant live band that had the audience completely immersed. The professionalism, confidence and sheer talent on display gave students a real insight into the dedication and teamwork involved in staging a large-scale musical production.
For our TY and Music students, the performance was both entertaining and inspiring, highlighting the power of music, drama and live performance to tell stories and connect with an audience. It was a memorable afternoon and a fantastic opportunity to engage with the thriving local arts scene here in Kerry.
