Students from all year groups will walk for water around the river bank over the next few days. This is to raise awareness about the daily struggle faced by 748m people in developing countries to access clean and safe drinking water.
Sadly, 200 people die every hour from illnesses linked to unsafe water.
The walk will act as a powerful reminder that something as simple as turning on a tap is a luxury for many people in Africa, India and other developing countries.
Water is a precious resource and all students hope to show their commitment to value, conserve and protect water for everyone.
