Our recent Shining Stars Variety Show was a spectacular celebration of talent, creativity, and collaboration, leaving audiences thoroughly entertained and performers incredibly proud.
The show truly lived up to its name, showcasing an amazing variety of acts. From elegant ballet performances and vibrant Indian dancing to a beautiful song performed in Thai, the diversity of talent on display was outstanding. Audiences were also treated to traditional music groups, captivating storytelling, energetic basketball dance routines, and so much more — there really was something for everyone.
We were delighted to host local primary schools for two matinee performances on Wednesday and Thursday, giving younger students the chance to experience the magic of live performance. The excitement continued to build towards our biggest show on Thursday night, which saw a fantastic turnout. People of all ages came together to support the performers, creating a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the evening.
This year’s show also included a collaboration with St Patrick’s. It was great to have their students perform alongside ours, and they made a valuable contribution to the event.
The grand finale, The Glen, has certainly left a lasting impression — it’s safe to say many of us are still humming it days later! It was the perfect way to end the show, capturing the energy, joy, and spirit of the entire event.
