The Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge is an online challenge that allows students to solve interactive tasks. The aim of the challenge is to get students all over the world excited about computing and encourage them to problem solve. In 2020 over 2,497,000 students from 57 countries participated. Pres students were among them.
The questions are in the form of engaging puzzles that start off relatively easy so every student can have a go and should get something out of the competition.
The top achieving students in Ireland will be invited to attend a final round in Maynooth University in 2022 as part of tech week.
Today, our Transition Year and Exchange students participated and were fully engaged in it.
