Our Cycle Ambassadors braved the elements today to cycle around the river bank. The cycle was planned well in advance to mark International Women’s day and the girls were determined that the show must go on, even in the snow!
Earlier they attended an on -line training morning where they listened to professional cyclists talk about the health benefits of cycling. Artistic Cyclist, Garcia Solomayor also spoke about her experience of being the first Peruvian athlete to ever participate officially in an indoor cycling world championship.
Well done to our Cycle Ambassadors who will continue to promote cycling and sustainable travel in the School Community.
