Our 1st year’s had a busy SPHE class today where they learned about Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation as part of our awareness week to combat bullying and discrimination. Students then made bright and colourful rainbows putting on them words of encouragement and support for those in the LGBTQI+ community. Words that heal not hurt is so important and our girls are eager to spread this message. Well done girls! We are all looking forward to Rainbow Colours Day in our school on Friday.
